Return & Replacement Policy – The Ninja Store

At The Ninja Store, we aim to ensure you receive top-quality products every time. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, you can file a claim within 7 days of delivery.

  • To submit a claim, email us at support@theninjastore.shop with:

    • A clear unboxing video from start to finish

    • Images showing the defect

    • The original packaging

  • Once approved, we will reprint and ship a replacement product at no extra cost.

Note: Claims without a proper unboxing video and images will not be eligible for replacement.


2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind

If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange/return a product without any defect, it will be handled at your expense by placing a new order.


3. Reverse Pickup & Return Conditions

  • Reverse pickup requests must be placed within 5 days of delivery.

  • If there is a size issue, you must provide images of the product along with measurement details.

  • Please open packages carefully. We will not refund or replace items damaged while opening with sharp objects unless it is recorded in the unboxing video.

  • If the package is damaged upon delivery, please mention the damage in the courier’s delivery remark before signing.


4. Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition for any return/exchange.

  • Refunds are not available unless the product is defective and cannot be replaced.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
